CARDIO KICKBOXING

 

Want a maximum cardio burn?  This Cardio Kickboxing workout is the answer!  60 minutes of kickboxing fun, great music, and ab workout to round it off!  All fitness levels welcome.

BOXING WITH BAGS

 

Put on your boxing gloves- we'll bring the heart pounding high energy music!  Together we will kick, punch and get our sweat on! 60 minutes.  All fitness levels welcome.

CYCLE 5

 

We'll climb, sprint, and push thru a 50 minute high energy bike workout.  Lose yourself in the motivating music and challenge your body and soul.  All fitness levels welcome.

The Dailey Method combines the best of Pilates, yoga, and ballet barre training, our classes are an ever-evolving mix of movement that offer extreme benefits for body and mind. We offer individualized attention in a group setting to give you the strength, discipline, and joy to find ultimate alignment.

Pilates

MAT classes often considered the foundation of a solid Pilates practice. A series of well-balanced movements are performed on a MAT, sometimes with props for added challenge. Focus is on breath, strength, control, precision, awareness of movement, alignment and flexibility. These fun and challenging exercises, once learned, can be done at home or wherever you go. In combination with apparatus work, you have a perfectly balanced program.

SWEAT OUTDOORS

 

 Lead by expert trainers,  we offer 60 minute outdoor workouts that combine cardio and strength.  Our workouts take place at many of our local parks, beaches and trails. By getting outdoors and taking advantage of the elements, you will develop a more fit, functional body and a healthier mind.  WE ARE RAIN OR SHINE!  All fitness levels welcome.
